**Refund Eligibility**  
- You may request a refund within **14 days of your purchase**.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned **clean**, in its **original packaging**, and in the **same condition** that you received it.

**Return Shipping**  
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.  
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original method of payment.
